5 sets of burpees
3 hill sprints
Indian runs
Jogging
(all despite the disgusting humidity)

- 6-8? Mile run down and up the east river
- lunges, planks, crunches
I’m moving this weekend so I really hope that packing boxes, indulging, and stressing counts towards burning and/or recovery. At least I have a little tan.
Crazy week. Breakdown:
- Wednesday “brick” treadmill workout followed by 45 min spin
- Thursday 8 mile run through central park
- Friday 2 mile run (back & forth from…) 45 min spin class

….simply gorgeous. Now I’m exhausted. But it was worth it. I’m already dreaming about the marathon.
